Grades

Bright bars, also known as cold finished bars, are offered in a diverse range of grades, each meticulously crafted to meet specific requirements and standards for various applications. These grades are meticulously defined based on their chemical composition, mechanical properties, and intended use.

Mild Steel (MS) Bright Bars are versatile and feature a low carbon content, making them easily weldable, formable, and machinable. Carbon Steel Bright Bars, with a higher carbon content, offer enhanced hardness and strength, ideal for applications requiring durability and wear resistance. Alloy Steel Bright Bars contain additional alloying elements like chromium, nickel, or molybdenum, enhancing mechanical properties like hardness and corrosion resistance, suitable for aerospace and automotive applications.
